welcome back to my itsy-bitsy corner of the web! Today I am posting the first post of my new weekly blog post series; RECENT READS. It basically is a post I post every Tuesday featuring some books I have recently read 😀
let’s get started!
I really loved this book and I recommend it for any girl boss that wants to learn how to be an activist! This handy guide has tons of awesome tips for any girl that wants to unleash GIRL POWER.
okay, let me just say this book was SOOOOOOOOO CUTE! Its a ww1 story told through the eyes of a bear and I believe it is a true story! And this bear who actually was a REAL BEAR was the inspiration of WINNIE THE POOH! I really recommend this book to anyone that loves sweet heartwarming stories! I didn’t think I would really like this book, BUT I DID AND ITS JUST SO SWEEEET and cute and just AAAAAAAAAAAAH.
I really liked this book! Its super cute and sweet! I love the plot and the artist’s drawing style! ITSSSS SOOOO CUTEEEE!
I was really excited when I discovered this book because pirate princesses are really cool, but the book was waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay different than I anticipated and it kinda was a huge rollercoaster ride that was really confusing. I think it was an interesting plot, but written and twisted in the wrong way.
I really love this book! Jane Austen’s works always amazes me! I really can relate to the characters and I love her writing style. It’s sometimes hard to imagine that a totally different era from ours can still have some similarities, but Austen finds a way to get me thinking maybe the eras weren’t so different after all.
Some of you may know that I LOVE HAMILTON (the musical) And if you haven’t heard of it, it is truly amazing and you should check it out! So when I stumbled across this book at the library I thought maybe the book would be a nice read. I thought wrong. It’s not that this book was really that bad, I mean it is a biography, it just wasn’t filled with catchy songs and what I had hoped for. XD
I hope you enjoyed this post! Which books have you read recently?
Welcome back to my itsy-bitsy corner of the web! autumn has finally come; long nights of reading and sipping warm apple cider and wearing comfy big sweaters. I love watching the leaves fall from the trees and the sky, trying to fly.
I am excited about fall and all the things coming up ahead this year!
this book just sounds so cute and sweet and i need to read it 😀
-the science of breakable things
-the night diary
-the miscalculations of lightening girl
I will probably re-read a bunch of books I already read too XD

Welcome back to my little corner of the web! July is slowly coming to an end, a lot of things have been happening. I haven’t posted as much as I would have liked to but that’s okay.
I have gotten really busy with school/college, I have so many assignments and its kind of crazy. Right now I am working on a descriptive essay in English and a theatre in VCD. I am getting pretty good grades so that is a blessing 😀 This coming up week is actually my last week.
I also am experimenting with this really cool website called Scratch. Scratch is a fun social website that allows artists, animators and game creators to create things with code. I used to use the website before when I was younger, but now I started to use it again. I have been making animations and MAP parts with it. I really recommend it.
I am really excited that I will be less busy in August and I will be able to blog a lot more! I miss blogging and I cannot wait to start back up again.
I recently got a drawing tablet so I have made a few digital drawings.
I think my art is somewhat improving, I haven’t really settled with an art style yet, but I am experimenting! I may be doing commisions this fall and I am planning on doing requests to thank you all for being apart of my blogging journey! 😀
My favorite book I have read this month is Burning Brightly by Alexa Donne. Its an amazing novel inspired by Jane Eyre that’s set in SPACE! I loved it so much! I really recommend it if you’re looking for a good book to read and I will post a review on it soon!
I am really excited for August and the new things the month will bring! July was pretty busy but overall it was pretty good!
What is your favorite book? Do you like my art? Which drawing is your favorite?
